Matt Winn escorted me to properties on three occasions. He was a comfortable, friendly person to be with, humorous, at ease and informative. He was very polite and not at all pushy and had a pleasant persona with the vendors. My husband joined me on the last viewing. This was the first time that we have had any contact with estate agents for many years and we were both impressed with Matt. When it came to the offer stage on the property, he was very efficient and explained the process to us, as there was someone else bidding for the same property. We would thoroughly recommend him.
