CJ Hole have surpassed all of my expectations. First impressions were excellent, Tim Pepper was polite, respectful and enthusiastic about selling my flat and I cannot recommend this branch highly enough.
From the very onset, all the staff at CJ Hole have been pro-active and extremeley responsive to my queries. It felt as though the whole team could not do enough for me. The initial presenation and valuation was organised quickly, and it was clear from very early on that they would prioritise the customer throughout the transaction - you are not made to feel like 'one of many' with the level of attention that they offer.
The staff are on hand to assist at all times, and never did I feel as though my queries were being put to one side to deal with at a later hour. Thanks must go to Neasha Date for dealing with all the viewings, and George Mawer for negotiating the sale at full asking price!
Special mention must go to Kim Hopgood, who was in touch on a daily basis throughout the contract side of the transaction. I felt like she went above and beyond in order to get the sale through to exchange and I am extremely grateful for all her hard work. I never felt out of the loop and she would respond to my queries, no matter how small or seemingly insignificant promptly and politely.
I have not regretted choosing CJ Hole at any point, and only wish I could use them when I come to sell again, although their remit does not extend to Shropshire! An established an extremely professional outfit.
