Paul was excellent throughout the selling process. Easy to get hold of, quick to respond if I left a message or sent him an email and also very friendly on the phone. Working in a customer service enviroment myself it was great to see. Top marks Paul
Comment on agent fees
Fee was a little high but that was due to the price of the property. As the property was only 110k I had to pay the minimum 2k plus VAT. Not the branches fault, seems standard across all estate agents.
