Very prompt and efficient from arranging initial appointment to putting the property on the market. All the staff were very professional, friendly, open and honest and easy to deal with.
Would have preferred more communication after fee had been agreed and missives were in the process of being signed. Timescales were short and felt like had to chase for an update even it was just a case off
o update.
The only thing to add is it would be better if the teams communicated with each other more as it times we were told it was a different department/office that dealt with different aspects and we would have to speak with them however at times a call back was requested.
Overall, we were really pleased with the service we received and if anything these are minor points. Would highly recommend Kerry and the team!

Comment on agent fees
Wish we had been made aware of all the additional chaps charges that were involved. We did receive a 10% discount on conveyancing fees as we are bank staff and a refunded chaps charge in fairness. On review, and from my own experience of working in a bank, I couldn't understand why a chaps charge was ‚£45 per transfer when normal same day chaps is ‚£20. Also, we had to pay for the purchaser to send our money to the bank, then the bank to our solicitor and finally our solicitor to our own bank account, when other solicitors seem to charge the purchaser and not the seller.
