Id avoid this lot like the plague I have just been treated abysmally by them. I phone up to ask about rental properties in frodsham to be told we don't have, I ask if they do many no was the answer, I was then recommended to someone else. I tried to point out I had a property to rent but the lady was all to ready to get rid of the call. No we are not interested she said ok well why do you have rental on your website. again a firm refusal we are not interested . I said what a pity I was wanting a value to rent or sell, she still didn't listen and then when I challenged to say how abysmal the service was from them she decides to put me on speaker phone so everyone can hear. her boss then instead of dealing with the situation and trying to salvage a customer or reputation before I have hardly spoke to her says Im incredible rude I feel that she was using that defence instead of saying sorry. Folks there are may estate agents out there and if you are selling or renting always approach them as a buyer or renter you then see what your potential buyer or renter will see these guys in my personal opinion fall well short of the mark and as I have in the last year sold 14 properties I have a good handle on what to look for
