Our 1st viewing day had 3 buyers round. They were supposed to be at half hour intervals, but due to weather, they all came at once. Wayne handled this really well, moving the various people around the house and still 'selling' the place brilliantly.
Once sold, he and his staff assisted the completion making sure all legal queries were fulfilled and surveys completed.
