We sold our property with Manning Stainton Wakefield, as well as buying our new property with them too. We chose Manning Stainton because we had noticed that a lot of the sold signs in our area were Manning Stainton boards. Jamie (valuer) was very down to earth when he came to value our house, and our property was marketed online quickly and efficiently. We had our eye on our perfect property so wanted ours marketed as soon as possible!
Throughout the marketing of our property, we found all members of the branch to be excellent. We were always contacted the day after a viewing with feedback and if contact could not be made with the viewer, they were called back the day after. In addition, the office is open 7 days a week. It is quite clear that the branch has very good procedures in place in respect of arranging and following up feedback from viewings; something which was very reassuring.
Upon receiving an offer on our property, Tina helped us negotiate an appropriate price on the property we wanted to buy. Again, communication was excellent.
Once we had had an offer accepted on the property we wanted, the sale/purchase was passed over to Beverly who was amazing; that lady has a lot of responsibility and her job must be very stressful! We found Beverly to be extremely good at her job and she worked with us throughout what was undoubtedly the worst, most stressful experience ever and put our minds at ease.
We are now in our new house and are very happy. We hope we will never move again, but if we do, we will without doubt be instructing Manning Stainton. The team really are a credit to themselves and I will not hesitate to recommend their services to others. Thank you so much everyone.
