In 2014 I instructed Hillview to sell a 6 bed, let-out detached house in Sundridge Park, Bromley. It was a complicated deal because the sale of the property was dependant on the incumbent tenant leaving in order to give vacant possession, as the buyers' solicitors insisted on this prior to exchange. Hillview liaised expertly not just with the incoming purchasers, their solicitors and our solicitors, but also with outgoing tenant, including helping to seek alternative accommodation for the tenant. As soon as the tenant finally moved on, the exchange took place and the property sale completed. The successful sale can be attributed to Hillview's professionalism, determination and enthusiasm at all times.
