Nisha and Greg provided constructive helpful support tailored specifically to our needs throughout the process of finding our beautiful property and buying it. We felt they had understood our needs and situation and were focused and positive to help us buy the property. We were extremely happy with their negotiation skills which helped us to reach a good sale price to incorporate the work that was needed on the property. They were well established in the area and had lots of good contacts to help get advice on house repair issues at reliable prices.
They were very amenable to helping us coordinate visits to the house before the sale was completed in order for us to plan ahead. They were flexible and always had time to deal with our questions.
When we had complications at the last minute with the sale of our previous property they were practical and successfully coordinated with the vendor so that the deal went ahead. In an extremely stressful period of time, we can honestly say that Nisha and Greg helped guide us through smoothly and always with a genuine friendly smile. We would highly recommend these agents and their super personalised business.
