Having owned my house from new and making it my family home for 5 years, I was nervous about renting it out. However, I need not have worried as Katie and her team found me the most amazing tenants, the rent is always paid on time without fail and the tenants treat the property as if it were their own, keeping it as clean and tidy as I did. Throughout the whole process Andrews were courteous, professional and a true delight to deal with. Having not let a property out before they took the time and care to explain the process to me from start to finish, I couldn't fault their customer service and I would defiantly recommend Andrews Abingdon to anyone.

What agent could do to change your mind?

I initially went with a different agent as Andrews fees were higher. This was a false economy. Andrews fees are undoubtedly higher because of the extremely valuable after-offer service they provide.
