This company are very quick to take money off you but very slow to give any refund owed back to you, we are talking months !
they make up allsorts of excuses why your money hasnt been returned ie talk of offshore accounts and red tape , as you believe it !
dont expect to get your property keys first thing in the morning , you will have to wait until past lunch time but they will make sure youve paid rent and deposit first thing in the morning !
numerous phone calls to chase things up was promised a phone call back that day and never did happen , having to call them back the next day !
had to produce my own personal noddle and experian credit reports to get the house , i thought thats what i was paying fees for ?

What agent could do to change your mind?
Branch manager should act in a professional manner at all times and not resort to bully boy tactics to attain monies that have not been earned. The Agents complaints procedure requires a radical overhaul as the 'customer' was left with questions completely unanswered..... primarily, how can an investigation into a complaint be carried out by the very individual that is directly involved in the complaint.Attached Filesnbsp;
