For starters they never sent us an inventory so after the third month we stopped asking. The shower in the property leaked so they sent 5 different people out to fix it and every time they sent some idiots who had no idea what they were doing and just trashed the place. They said the land lord could not afford to decorate so we offered to do the work and they said they would pay ‚£50 towards it WOW thanks, it's now 10 months on and still having to ring up to only get fobbed of by some one working there who just tells you a load or rubbish about why they haven't paid it. The reason I am writing this review is because We had some one sent round to fix the shower for the sixth time last week. I went to get my ‚£300 dyson hoover out, only to find it covered in white mastic!!!!!!! I cannot believe that they would send some moron round my flat who would have so little respect for my belongings! Not only did they go searching throug my cupboards to find a hoover which they have no permission to be using, for them to then get it covered in mastic! No words can describe the anger I have towards this company. Utterly usseles is an understatement! The rent has gone up this year even though the dishwasher pump is now broken which they still have not done anything about. Do not use this company!!!!, they also charge 150 for signing a new contract!!! THIS IS JUST ONE BIG JOKE OF A COMPANY!!!!!!!!!
Comment on agent fees
‚£150 for signing a new contract to stay for another year. Every time I got a phone call to say it was ready to sign I went in, only to be told it was not ready!!!!! This happened 3times I just can't believe how little communication goes on within this complaint.
