At the time Charlie first introduced HOMES, we were considering going on board with a second established agent in the area, having lost one offer and viewings had dried up, but could not fail to be impressed by his drive and enthusiasm for his new business. Both Rob and Charlie have been in close contact from day one, promptly updating us on viewings and helpful feedback, local market performance and how other similar properties in our area were ¢â‚¬Ëœshifting'. Having three small children and looking for a new family home was going to be tough with so many requirements and a deadline placed on us from our buyer, but Charlie ¢â‚¬Ëœpromised' he would sell our house where others had failed and he didn't disappoint! Within a matter of days we had had several viewings and eventually our buyer. Despite a ¢â‚¬Å“rocky road¢â‚¬Â with probate etc, Charlie has been highly pro-active, chasing our solicitors, chasing other agents and generally keeping everyone moving. Charlie and Rob are proof that determination, drive and ¢â‚¬Ëœthinking outside the box' can succeed, despite what other agents are calling a tough market. We have already recommended HOMES to several friends, one of which is due to complete shortly ¢â‚¬â€œ Keep up to good work guys!

I work on the premise of "You get what you pay for!" and "you pay peanuts, you get monkeys" this is absolutely spot on with this case. You pay a good rate and you get an amazing service. Homes are still below the market rate, but absolutely deliver. Considering the time and effort involving all the team members, this really is good value for money.
