They are very kind and friendly until they get your money. They have hidden fees about whom they don't inform clients before holding deposits . They don't give holding deposit forms. If you don't get property they don't return to you part of your money . Be aware of them. This is how they work and make business. Very unprofessional behaviour.

I urge people not to use this company to rent out your property. As I learnt to my peril, they are only interested in collecting the commission. My property was turned into a brothel by the tenant they had allegedly vetted. I was called by ...

They should have returned my fee. Offered to cover the cost of the professional clean.
