I was looking for a rental property in the area as I had sold my house and time was at a premium. I saw a property advertised on Right Move by Larkes Estate Agents so I rang them to request a viewing. The person who answered the phone told me that the property wasnt available until after the date I needed somewhere so I asked what other properties they had in the area. I have done this with all the agents I have rung, the answer I got was' well where did you see the one you rang about? that's where you will see the ones we have'. All other agents I have rung asked me what I was looking for, took my contact details, gave me details of suitable properties they had on thier books and asked me if I wanted alerts for suitable properties, but not Larkes. I didnt have a positive experience at all
