The property I rented from this Agent was potentially life threatening with faulty electrics, damp and boiler issues. The contractor doing the gas appliances was useless and wasn't keeping up-to-date with the new reg's continually being introduced. When making any form of complaints, Agent went out of way to either ignore/do nothing about. When put into position 'HAVE TO DO SOMETHING', Agents make your life hell. I have discovered, even if an Agent is with Property Ombudsman, means nothing!! I have to admit, Ombudsman are pretty useless when comes to serious issues and if in your favour for complaints, compensation so tiny, not even worth the time it has taken to make complaints. The Cox's, in charge of this Agents are totally ignorant to majority of Housing Laws. Potential Tenants/Landlords beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
