I would just like to say, me and my partner can't thank Marvin at Streets Ahead enough. After months of looking for what would be an ideal place for the both of us...it has been done. We looked with a few estate agents initially who just seemed more interested in showing us anything that was within our budget and area. They did not take anytime to study who we were, what our dream place would be and we could see how commission hungry they were. However desperation kicks in and you just let them carry you anywhere....Then a month ago my partner took lead on finding properties as I was fed up. Marvin would be the agent showing us round. He gave me a call and introduced himself, asked if I was familiar with the area, which I answered no so he offered to collect me from the train station. Instantly I felt positive about this viewing, we met with my partner on the way to the property. The place was not for us but Marvin used it as an opportunity to find out what I was looking for as he had spoken to my partner previously. He combined the information he collated from us and then things began to get better. Marvin said he would find the place of our dreams without any compromises and by viewing three he found it!!!! We are both so impressed with how personable he is and the attention to detail he puts in his work. Streets ahead in General have always welcomed each of our phone calls with such a welcoming tone before notifying Marvin of our call. They are very professional and make you feel at ease in what can be quite a stressful time. I will always recommend them to anyone especially Marvin for all his efforts and patience with me as I can be very anal. It has been a job well done and we are over the moon!!!! Thank you Marvin, Thank you Streets Ahead Crystal Palace!!!
