After having a terrible experience with one letting agent in Cambridge. I was so relieved to have met Jamie and the team at Mill road.
They are very professional, helpful and quick.


I will continue to carry on using them for the renting of my properties.

An utter disgrace. They treat tenants with contempt and landlords with indifference. Incapable of (or unwilling to) organise even the most basic tasks that form the basis of their job such as check-in, inventory, and minor maintenance. Avoid Haart Mill Road at all costs....

What agent could do to change your mind?
Dealt with all the issues as soon as we called them on the day of move in- or even if they had checked the house before we moved in they would have noticed these issues.
