Martin and Co has to be the worst letting agency I have dealt with in my entire life. The lack of communication is shocking and it takes them a light year to come and sort out the property whenever theres any issue. All they think about is the ‚£‚£‚£ sign. and their customer service is very very bad. the lady in the worcester branch and some lady called natasza are utterly disgusting.STAY AWAY FROM THIS EXCUSE OF AN AGENCY..
What agent could do to change your mind?
their fees are absolutely riddiculous. They take your deposit from you in the name of cleaning it to immaculate spec but i strongly believe they dont even do anything. when we moved into the property is was dirty and covered with cobwebs and the carpet was sh*t.Attached Filesnbsp;

I can only say the exact same thing! When we moved in, the washing machine was covered in mould and when I went to their office to show them the pictures we had taken, the director lady crossed her arms, saying, "No, I don't need to see the pictures. Just give it a wipe."
Well, the mould could NOT be removed with just a wipe and settled on our clothes when using the machine.

I agree about the fees, seemingly the MOST EXPENSIVE in town! This agency does not care about the tenants interests whatsoever, they just took £400 in fees and when our window was broken, rain coming in, they didn't get the landlord to fix it for 3.5 months!
Absolutely appalling! An immoral bunch of agents in our opinion.
