Lauren was excellent to work with. I had just moved over from the states and was trying to quickly get situated into a flat. Lauren showed me multiple flats and helped me understand my options. Once I decided on the one I wanted, she was very understanding of my questions trying to understand the process. Once the offer was accepted, she was extremely helpful with helping me work thru some banking issues regarding the deposit transfer. Lauren then went above and beyond and met late on Friday night to give me keys to my flat because I was not able to leave work early but did not want to wait until Monday to get keys. Overall, working with Lauren was a great experience as she made it as pain free as possible for me.
