Absolutely terrible service delivered to high paying tenants. We moved into a 'managed' property that had several things wrong with it, including ovens not working (we have 4 kids!), fridge broken, burglar alarm not working (effectively nullifying our contents insurance). Reported all of these issues (and more) and been waiting over a week to get any resolution. Complained to the Managing Director (nothing but defensive or staff and blaming previous tenant) to the head of lettings (must have gone to the same training course as the owner)
At time of typing, we still cant cook food for the kids in the oven ... landlady is NOT at fault (and is as mortified as us)!
