Difficult house to sell - good communication and ideas to drive viewings.
Pricing strategy worked well and although we got less than we hoped for, it was the best price at this time.
Dan and Julie did a great job in talking to us and closing the sale.
And thanks to Andrew for keeping us positive and getting the result
