Terrible. Awful. Horrific.
At the beginning the agency was OK, up until the contract was signed.
The property was not ready until 3 weeks after rent was paid already, the repairs were rarely fixed, no picking up the telephone in the agency, frequent ''breaking ins'', until the toilet broke, and they asked us to pay for it.
The council got involved and after almost a week, there is still no toilet, we were forced to move out of the house and got no alternative accommodation offered - we are homeless thanks to WSC Estates!
They only put the heating on for 6hrs a day (all inclusive package), making tenants live in 14 degrees. After a few months of not heating the house adequately and us - getting portable heaters - we have broken the contract and have to move out with 2 (!!) weeks eviction notice!? I DON'T THINK SO...

What agent could do to change your mind?
Be a decent human being and fix the toilet allowing us to live in what we pay for - answer their phones - not break in! Send an email, a text... notify us of your arrival! Is it really that hard to do? After all, you do get a large amount of money for not doing anything...Attached Filesnbsp;

This agency is a nightmare, very unprofessional. Living 2 weeks unpacked, contract signed for a furnished. Landlord promissing on a phone, then just not showing up, or not picking up the phone.
Worst agency i ever dealt with! And Landlord of course....

What agent could do to change your mind?
If only they had some common decency i would give them a far better review, but it is so obvious they don't care for their customers, you have to fight for everything. The house would've been okay value, but this completely ruins it, and frankly i am very happy to be leaving never to return!Attached Filesnbsp;
