Do not use Faron Sutaria. It is unacceptable to have a property manager (Kirk Galley) who submits the wrong check-in report for comparison at the checkout inspection, and holds part of the deposit even though the landlord approved the full return. The only reason why such part of the deposit was withheld was because the said individual did not check the tenancy contract, and shot from the hip (aka, had the impression that an amount had to be paid by the tenant). Two months after giving notice and relocating to the US, I still have not received the full deposit back. The overall assessment of Faron Sutaria via the individuals that I had to deal with is that, this is a firm that is slow, unprofessional, and a waste of your time. Unfortunately I had no choice in using them, as they were my landlord's agents.

What agent could do to change your mind?
-up front about full range of fees when we met first -turn up when they say and don't make shocking mistakes like losing keys and waiting days to do anything about it. -push for a good price rather than a quick deal -charge less exorbitant fees for things like signing an agreementAttached Filesnbsp;
Comment on agent fees
They don;t mention when they first talk to you (though it is in the written terms) that everything (agreement, inventory, holding deposit, safety checks) are all above the large percentage fees. They pushed me to agree to a significantly lower rent than I actually got by sticking to my guns.
