Terrible, terrible terrible. We lived with a hole in our ceiling for a whole year that water poured through when we showered, this was never fixed. Our freezer was warmer than the fridge, never fixed. We had a gate on our front door, this had no key and was never fixed. We repeatedly asked for all these things to be fixed but nothing was ever done, Bairstow eves where supposed to be managing the property. When we moved out we were told the oven top had not been cleaned, it had, and as a result a new oven would need to be bought! To top it all off we found out later our deposit was never kept in the deposit protection scheme, when we said we wanted our full deposit returned + interest, as it had never been correctly kept, they told us to take them to court or go away.

There's a reason this Agent is bottom of the list, I learnt the hard way. Fair play for not giving them anymore time & money it's certainly for the best. Ranked 9476 out of 9478 for a reason. ...
