Scam. The tenancy began, we paid them, they confirmed good to move in and then didn't give us the keys for several days (still charging rent for those days) making us unable to move in. Landed an unexpected check-out fee after we moved out, and billed us for using a checkout company even though no such thing was in the contract and at no stage did they warn us of it. Overall, very rude, unprofessional and dishonest. You will find that 'double bedroom' apartments they advertise of their site are indeed what most would regard at best as studio flats, bedsits or tiny self-contained flats with a single boxroom for a bedroom. The list goes on. Wouldn't use them as a landlord, tenant, vendor or buyer.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Hidden fees they don't tell you about. After you've committed they'll bill you for extras - both at the begining and end of tenancy in our experience.
