Excellent local knowledge of the property market. From the first contact with the office the service provided was very professional - all of the staff were helpful whether calling in to talk to them or on the phone. Telephone calls were returned promptly. The office felt and looked efficient, very upbeat atmosphere and a sense of good teamwork. It was a pleasure to work with them. It was a particularly difficult time for me as I was selling this property on behalf of my aunt, who is in care. They generated confidence in their expertise - they delivered.
