I was more than happy with the service from emoov, especially considering how much cheaper they are than high street agents. Sure, having some one to do the viewings would be great, but not at the cost of several thousand pounds! Emoov was only a few hundred pounds, and they were very organised with booking viewings at a date to suit us, and then contacting viewers for feedback afterwards. We accepted an offer at the asking price after a few viewings. Even though we had paid the fee up front, emoov did not just sit back and relax - they were constantly chasing solicitors both sides, and keeping us in the loop throughout, and seemed as relieved as us when the contracts were finally exchanged! Would use them again, and indeed recommend to others.

Very good fee structure, and it makes sense not to pay thousands of pounds to market your property these days - everyone just uses the internet anyway. I feel a bit sorry for high street agents though, as they are surely an endangered species now?

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
