We marketed our property with B&E in Colchester had 1 viewing in 7 weeks. Surprise surprise the moment l leave the country (which B&E were fully aware of) I receive an email from Jasmine Lee that I have 2 potential buyers who want to view immediately!! On my return I contacted B&E to enquire about these phantom viewers and apparently according to the manager, Clayton Truman all 3 (yes, it went up to 3 according to clayton) buyers had found other properties which they have already purchased- all within a space of 2 weeks!!! I understand that all estate agents are shady and lack a moral compass BUT if you're going to make up a story like that at least put some effort into it. B&E in Colchester are a bunch of charlatans and crooks, promise the world and deliver nothing

Getting rid of the smarmy, slimy, lazy and unprofessional staff would be a start. Realise that buy to letter landlords are key to selling 2 bed Victorian terraces and treat them with a bit of respect.Attached Filesnbsp;
