David Wilkins is the most unprofessional estate agent I have ever encountered. He is unreliable and outright rude. I feel sorry for anyone letting a property through this joke of a man/business. Additionally we found the property infested with rats, the garden overgrown, the furniture broken and there is a massive hole in the kitchen ceiling hosting a culture of mould.
What agent could do to change your mind?
David Wilkins was extremely slow to complete basic procedures, took excessive time off work, and didn't get back to me on my lease offer for weeks. He has shouted at me over the phone, used stereotypes to describe me when talking to my housemate and was also extremely rude when he attended a house inspection at the property. Jean Phillipe Pollonais did not pay his rent. He and his house mate were nuisance tenants and have been frequently reported by the neighbours to the authorities for their anti-social behaviour.They were smoking heavily in the house despite it being a non smoking tenancy. There have also been three visits made to the house by the police. After repeated warnings we moved to evict them. At this point one of the boy's fathers stepped in to improve and guarantee their behaviour. He also paid the outstanding rent.

It was not 2 years ago, it was in fact less than a year ago, all our photos were used, which is misleading to potential buyers, and it features our entire flat and its contents as it was. I simply stated prior permission to do this would have been courteous. ...
