I have let my property through Romans for around 18 months while living abroad and have found the service to be exemplary. When tenants move out the porperty is well marketed and always quickly filled and all of the administration is efficiently handled in advance.
My main contact at Romans Rob Flood is always proactive in all communication, keeping me informed and crucially sorting out any issues quickly, efficiently, with common sense and with the minimum of fuss. For me it means peace of mind and that I can relax knowing that my property is in good hands - thanks Rob and the team - 5/5 for the service
