NEVER USE THIS COMPANY....NEVER, NEVER, NEVER
They will fleece you and take every penny you give them.
Believe me when I say this. Do not use them. They didn't lift a finger and their staff are the rudest I have ever encountered.

Completely agree David. I saw one of the other comments suggesting contacting Ombudsman services [email protected], 033 440 1634 and Lease Advisory Service 020-7832 2500. I will also be contacting Citizens advice and my local council to file a report, i suggest you do the same, so Belgarum finally starts to take note and address their issues. ...

Few thousand a year for management ??? On top of that, they charge you for everything else. So our community pays a few thousands as a management cost only to receive an invoice. Is this a management ?

We sadly have Belgarum as our managing agents. Sadly all the above sounds all too familiar. Ignore us, promise yet never deliver, allow some tenants to abuse the communal areas but as owners we have no support. Raised the service charges to an extortionate rate just this January. I end up cleaning the areas, I bought a sign for the communal area, someone ripped it down. Would never buy a property again with these crooks ...

Terrible, moved in last year snd for most of that time we are blighted by youths breaking in and causing criminal damage. My nerves are shot, my health is suffering. We have has security lights broken last August, still not fixed, we've had a fire alarm ripped off the ceiling, residents put at risk. Just received a further response from them telling us we will have to wait till these feral kids get bored as they don't want to fix the problems. Avoid like the plague. Out of 5 minus 20 ...

I doubt the "leopard will change its spots" after 10 years! They could have provided a decent service and / or responded to reasonable issues and queries.

Totally agree with review. Like to headbutt when asked why the Service Charge is so high. Staff are very rude and quote "most tenants can't read". I can read my lease document. If you are vulnerable they will steamroll. Their contractor verbally insulted my Care Team and myself because I am severely disabled. I blame the London Borough of Hillingdon as they are too lazy to manage these thugs. By the way this person has a degree and a job! ...
