Lavelle was really proactive in her approach to prospective purchasers and always passed feedback on how viewings went. She was friendly, reliable and had a good sense of humour, which was probably essential when dealing with the likes of me.
Comment on agent fees
All estate agent fees are excessive when compare with the likes of solicitors who do far more work for a lot less money.
