The property had been rented out for 14 years, needed work and we were uncertain on whether to sell or relet.
Karen advised us on the benefit of both options, saleable / rentable value, cost and work needed for either option and much more. We decided to relet.
Karen's advice was fully appreciated. She arrived on time and we found her friendly and easy to talk too. Her advice about the properties needs were unbiased, straight forward and honest. Most important what she promised on behalf of Bradleys, advertising, rent value etc. was later delivered. During the refurbishment she was always aware of "our situation" and on completion of the work had timed the advertising / viewing to avoid any un-necessary loss of letting time
Tariq was responsible for the letting. Tariq is in his twenties, neatly dressed, articulate and knows the letting side of the business well. Like Karen, always on time, friendly and pleasant to talk to, be it in person or on the phone. Everything he promised, a "meet up" or "e-mail" was done and delivered on time.
I can recommend this office. These are people who know their business, work well as a team and deliver what they promise in a very friendly manner.
