Terrible service from start to finish. Was booked in to view a property, the agent did not turn up. Vendor saw us waiting outside and showed us round herself. The lack of communication was horrendous throughout. My emails were unanswered, phone calls were not returned. When progress was not being made, our requested appointments to meet with the manager were denied. It got to the point that we had to go into the office unannounced to speak to the manager. Even then we were kept waiting for 45 minutes.

Needless to say my purchase fell through mainly due to mis-understandings and deadlines not being met by the agent.
