I have been a tenant of the property for 3 years that is managed by very helpful management: Matt Ward and Jason Obee in 362 Garrat Lane, Earlsfield / Wandsworth Andrews Letting.
Right from the start I approached this branch I knew that I am in good hands to find my ,,home,,
Whole team was very welcoming with a smile every time I popped in. They pick up phones immediately, answer all my questions like to a friend, give good advice. I am was able to arrange viewings whenever I needed which is great as I have very busy working hours. Whole process was very easy particularly If you don't have much time to find your,, home,, and you cant decide what to choose.
Every property even that I am renting has something that needs to be fixed, replaced or maintained.
As Matt who I am dealing with mostly and has been so helpful so many times hence I would like to write review about his professional service. In my previous experience it usually takes ages to get anything done, replaced or fixed however thanks to Matt who forwards my requests, emails to my landlord promptly and contacts me back with best available solution its absolutely a piece of cake. He speeds up whole process with constant approaching my landlord, companies or contractors to solve whatever needs to be solved and advising me about every progress. I found it very useful recently when my washing machine got broken. I also need to admit that I have got a very ,,difficult,, landlord hence to have a property agent like Matt is a huge advantage and headache saving. I do like his professionalism, very polite, civilised talking, joking, manners, attitude towards what his doing and his clients always helpful, easy to approach, patience with my postponed matters I was supposed to do in relation to my landlord... just one number and one letter to write: 5 star
Comment on agent fees
The agency fees are completive compare to other agencies particularly when you spent all your money for rent/deposit at your first month of renting, however in long term it might be more expensive compare to others as some agencies have just one off fee not every year.
