We had an issue with a supposed leak in our flat and as the managing agents Romans were exceptional in helping to resolve the problems including investigations, surveyors and repairing and making good. Richard Baugh and his team went over and above my expectations as the agents and I would highly recommend their services to anyone considering letting a property through an agent.
