I received full information about how the services are conduct and I feel very secure that Andrews as an agent represents Landlord of the property with full responsibility, to whom I can turn whenever I need

Comment on agent fees
I was extremely pleased with the rent. Although I would consider it expensive generally, for London prices it is quite reasonable (I have seen a lot worse for higher prices). The holding deposit I would consider it quite high (‚£500), especially in proportion to the rent. However the rest of the fees were pretty standard and similar to other agencies.
