From start to finish, Gibbs Gillespie offered us outstanding service when we moved to our new rental flat in January. Chris was fantastic at showing us the new place at the first viewing, and was able to answer any questions we had about the property. In the second viewing, he helped me to measure out different rooms and even gave me advice about furnishings! Matthew was also brilliant at helping us organise the admin side of the move, and helped us understand every aspect of the contract and payments. He also helped us with move-in negotiations, which gave us the chance to move at a date suitable to us. Matthew has also been really supportive whilst we were moving and been at the end of the phone/email when needed to sort out any questions or issues.
Overall I would highly recommend Gibbs Gillespie to any potential renters. They have been caring, helpful and genuinely interested in assisting our move. Thank you!

Will be nice to get 10% (including VAT) which I suggested a few times and which the competitor were offering. Should be something Gibbs should consider especially with higher lets and place "icing on the cake" for long term relationships.

The only thing I was but happy with was as a professional I was asked to give a deposit of over ƒâ€š‚£5000 before I could step into the property . It was very stressful to get that sort of money at a short period . That's the only thing that would stop me from renting again from this company . I was told I had to be earning ƒâ€š‚£30000pa to have a low deposit .

The fees are quite steep if you take into account the monthly rental fees as well. For a family on an average income, it's very challenging to move to London from outside the UK, given current exchange rates.
