I first contacted Alan Kirkham on the off chance of any properties being available on a specific development, I received a prompt and polite reply to say there was not any at that time. However, in no time at all, Suzie contacted me back and advised there was a property only just come onto the market for the development we desired, this shows she really cares about what she does, a viewing was arranged quickly and we set about taking the property on. Suzie was even available on a Saturday, which is a rarity these days! The communication from Suzie was second to none, always there to answer my various questions very quickly, it also showed she had a great rapport with the landlords as she was able to raise them swiftly and report back to me in no time. When dealing with the applications and financials, Suzie was very efficient , no time delays and was able to move thing forward quickly for us to secure the property, as she was aware we had our heart set on this development and worked hard to secure this for us. Suzie kept in full contact prior to the move, during and after to ensure we had a smooth move in, again following up with a simple reassuring email is not something you get often. In comparison to some other agencies, Suzie was amazing. I found her a pleasure to deal with, which I have passed on to my landlords and would not hesitate to recommend in the future. Thanks :-)

I think the fees are comparable with other letting agents in the area so acceptable to us. When we initially met with a member of staff (not John) we were quoted a higher rental figure than we actually got but that is not down to John - I feel the initial member of staff embellished the figure somewhat to try to get our business. John was more honest about this.
