Moving in process was pretty easy. The property was managed and was originally with spark energy as in the contract, this was fairly easy to change.
The notice process was also good. The lettings manager (Kelly Luck) was specially helpfull in explaining the procedures given my circumstances. The viewings for the property seemed to accomodate me, and I didn't feel pressured to let people into the property if I didn't feel particularly happy with it on a given day.

On the whole a pleasant experience.

As an update, I got an email from Romans today. I was correct in my suspicions, they didn't come for the house inspection, and could they please arrange one for January. So nice of them to let me know a week after the event: Good thing I didn't take the day off work! ...
