The experience i had with leaders, was the first dealing with renting through an agency and to be honest the only good thing to come out of this is that i will be very very careful with any agency i ever use in the future.
when we told them we were leaving them just seemed to lose all interest and told us that we owed them money and they would not be releasing any of our money until we agreed in righting to pay. i am still fighting to get my money back and now they have said that the first quote has now gone up by almost a hundred pounds and we must pay this and agree in writing before they will give anything back. We were not there for the check out and we were not even told the date this was going to take place, i asked for an independent evaluator to go and check the place to see if what they were saying was true but there response was that we had no right and was told to shut up and listen because i have no rights just stop arguing and pay the money. I am now in the process of taking this further. leaders are nasty bully's who just seem to push people around until they give in. i would warn everyone to never ever ever use them,if you do just take your money and put it down the toilet.
