Dealing with Michelle for the last 7 years has been always a pleasure. She is proactive, takes and completes any agreed actions and doesn't bother me with the minutiae. In effect, she does her job, but she does it very well, often to a very high standard beyond what is required, and always has time for a chat to ensure a good working relationship ongoing.

As regards Andrews' charges, they were certainly competitive back in 1998 (when I obtained quotes from three local agencies). I cannot comment on their current competitiveness, since the quality of service I receive more than outweighs any cheaper offer that I might receive from a rival firm.
