Dealing with Houseman agents has been simple and straightforward. Raphael is approachable, helpful and reassuring - it seems he is always on call! Replies to messages and emails came promptly even over the Christmas period, which was a refreshing change. Fees for the agency seem relatively high but the service so far has been good including a very thorough check-in inventory - again, a refreshing change.

I think it is worth pointing out that in fact there are no additional charges once you vacate the property as the checkout report is paid for by the landlord.
Most agencies hide this charge. Our agency fees have always been very competitive.

Raphael and Emma are good value. From recent experience there are high-street / chain letting agents who charge more, but do (a lot) less. They are clear and transparent about their fees. I have no qualms in paying them their commission - they earned it!
