I have been a tenant with Northwood Oldham since July 2009. The service which was provided by the agency is amazing. I have dealt with all the staff they are all helpful, friendly and kind. They made me feel very comfortable and special. Recently, I had to move home and they helped me through the whole process to find the perfect property which I was trying to find. I'm very grateful for them and I will never leave this agency because I'll never find another people like Alex, Mike, David, Jo and Emily anywhere else. Thank you Northwood.

Terrible customer service.
Decline potential buyers a viewing before knowing all the facts. You should ask the right questions first.
They blame everyone else and do not return calls so the only correspondence you get is emails.

Unfortunately if you put the wrong information in to your Rightmove enquiry, as you did by saying you had a house to sell, it is not our fault we cannot action your request when instructed by the vendor to only allow viewings with buyers in a postion to proceed. Gabi rang back twice with no answer. We even had an email reply from you acknowledging our calls.
