He treated my enquiries in a very professional manner, gave me urgent feed backs via swift phone calls, text and email messages, offered to open the doors for me whenever I exited their office. I'll be moving into the property this weekend, within a week of first contacting prospect estate agency.

You are absolutely right! They are in only for the money and almost all of them are unprofessional. They try to, but don't succeed! They are always on the side of the landlords and are trying to rip the other side off and do not care!
