We decided to sell our house through Bradleys as they had sold our last house very quickly. Again, we were in a hurry as we had seen a house we desperately wanted to buy. Although we were warned that the search process can now take much longer than in the past, we were delighted that within 6 weeks of putting our house on the market with Bradleys, we were safely installed in our dream home. Despite several major issues during the sale, Lisa dealt with them all very patiently and calmly reminded me that all the stress was necessary to get us where we wanted to be. If we still lived in the area, we would certainly use Bradleys again.
Comment on agent fees
Not the cheapest estate agents but at the end of the day, you get what you pay for, and when selling your most valuable asset you want reliability and professionalism at all times, which is what you get from Bradleys.
