I have been with northwood since early 2013, I have found the whole team to be professional, helpful and friendly. On a few occasions we have needed their help, they did not hesitate and were extremely helpful and got back to us with a solution almost immediately. Couldn't ask for better customer service! Highly recommended.

Landlords beware don't use Northwood. Our property was returned Trashed, the Tenant was breeding dogs in the House!!! To cap it all Northwood reneged on a hand shake agreement made with Paul Ryder and hid behind legislation so they didn't have to honour deal....

Update: after several emails back and forward Mr. Paul Ryder director of Northwood ask me to contact Microsoft to find out with the email he claims it wasn't sent to which Microsoft confirmed me it was sent. I have informed Mr Paul of such and asked him to do the same as per his suggestion and contact Microsoft himself, but apparently that hasn't happened and he is now ignoring my emails.
