Right from the first phone call through to the signing, the staff at Country Properties Hitchin were professional, friendly and extremely helpful. I spoke almost exclusively with Pam and there wasn't a single occasion where it didn't go smoothly. The information was always emailed to me at the right times, easy to understand and she provided a very useful link between myself and the landlord until I had his details.

Thank you very much for making the whole process so easy and straight forward!
