we made an appointment to view a house but cancelled early In the day due to bad weather/snow and told them we would re-book. We rebooked on the Friday for a Monday viewing and when we arrived at the property there was nobody around. We rang them up to be told that an agent was at the property and that they would phone them we waited another 10mins before ringing them back to then establish we was at a different address to where they thought we had wanted to view!! An afternoon wasted we went home and asked if we could view the property the next day, nobody rang us back I rang them in the morning as they like to leave early and was told someone would ring me back. Again another day gone with no phone call.
I think i will be knocking on the persons door who's house we wish to view and by passing the agents as they dont seem to want to do any work to make a potential sale!!

I'd advise against anybody thinking of using Andrew Kelly Estates to sell or rent out you property.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Aside from the mistake with regards to the wrong property address I appreciate these things happen but maybe a phone call back to potential buyers when you say you will. You should be chasing me for my business not me having to keep chasing you! Afterall you are providing a service on behalf of the vendor.
